Environmental Responsibility
Investing in cleaner and more sustainable and renewable energy future. This commitment involves transparently addressing our operation impact on the environment, particularly in relation to lesser emission

Fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and care for the environment. This commitment involves ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our employee and the environment.

Adhering to the highest standards of market conduct and behaviour. This commitment involves compliance with all market rules and relevant international law and regulation including those against bribery, money laundering, sanction and trade restrictions.
Our Sustainability Initiatives
Aligned with National Goals
We have aligned our sustainability goals with local aspirations such as the Singapore Green Plan 2030.
Promoting Employee Well-being
Since 2021, we have implemented "Petchem Day" every three weeks to promote employee well-being, encourage family bonding, and support continuous learning. In line with our commitment to sustainability and employee welfare, effective 1 February 2025, "Petchem Day" will be enhanced to occur every two weeks—providing an additional 26 days annually for personal well-being, work-life balance, and lifelong learning.
Encouraging Sustainability
Since 2022, we have launched the "Sustainability Challenge" to promote eco-friendly practices and green thinking within the company. Cash incentives for public transportation and other prizes are awarded to encourage participation.
Community Engagement
We celebrated Chinese New Year with the elderly at the Good Shepherd Loft Nursing Home, sharing the joy of the season and gifting them with "Ang Pow" as a token of good wishes.
Global Humanitarian Aid
We respond to global crises by providing humanitarian aid, such as distributing N95 masks and PPE materials during the COVID-19 pandemic.
